The Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation for 92-00 Honda Civic and 94-01 Integra with OE Master Cylinder (OEMC) is designed for enthusiasts who want to eliminate engine bay clutter and improve braking performance by;
• Relocating the brake lines in a much more practical way. (aka Brake Line Tuck or Tucked Brake Lines)
• Replacing the factory proportioning valve / block with our Adjustable Bias Valve
• Deleting ABS, if applicable
• Compensating for a different master cylinder setup (IE: ITR or CTR MC)
The OEM brake hard lines are relocated and replaced and with -3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines. We use the best components in the industry and we pressure test every line we assemble. We guarantee a leak free start up if this product is installed correctly. This kit keeps all the lines in the engine bay and mounts the Adjustable Bias Valve to a master cylinder bolt. We have designed the lines to route in the best path possible. Low on the firewall, behind steering column, under frame rails…however we find is the best look while remaining easy to install. Plus of course, a safe distance from high heat and/or moving objects.
With this new 2017 redesign we found the inBay is actually stealthier than any previous design that relocated the lines inside the firewall (aka inInterior). It is less money and less work for you plus it looks better than previous inInterior designs. The difference in the inBay and inInterior was substantial. Selling the inInterior kit would be counterintuitive since it was less stealthy but more work. Therefore the OE Master Cylinder kit is not offered with the inInterior option.

The Brake Line Relocation replaces all of the engine bay hard lines up to the lines in the fenderwell. It does not include the fenderwell to caliper lines. Those are available separately here. The front to rear line is adapted in a unique but necessary way. There are 2 hard lines that run to the rear of the chassis. To adapt the rear lines to AN, we supply "tube nut" and "tube sleeve" adapters. The factory hard lines are cut low on the firewall, reamed, and the supplied tube nut and tube sleeve are slid onto the hard lines. The hard lines are then flared to 37º degrees using a PROPER 37º FLARE TOOL (link below). Then our clever supplied "F Fitting" will thread into the 2 tube nut and sleeve adapters to make 2 lines into 1, which will then run to the Bias Valve OUT section.

Legend:
OEMC - Original Equipment (or Stock) Master Cylinder
BBE - Brake Booster Eliminator
PTFE - Polyetratluoroethylene aka Teflon
Proportioning Valve & Bias Valve - The component that alters the difference in front and rear pressure. In most cases, the front needs more. Almost all of our Brake Line Relocations include an Adjustable Bias Valve.
ABS - Anti-Lock Brake System. Sometimes needed, sometimes not. How you determine this is up to you but if you have any questions we can provide insight.
