MSD Ignition Distributor Cap - B16A & D/H Series
One of the best upgrades you can make with a Honda engine is to bypass the weak internal coil. These new caps allow you to take advantage of an external coil and ensure all of the new high voltage reaches the plugs.The caps are injection moulded from DuPon.
MSD's Honda Modified Distributor Kits are specially constructed to allow the use of a powerful external Blaster Series Coil.Each cap is specially fitted with an MSD Power Tower to accept the high voltage of an MSD Blaster Coil.
Note: Suits "Small cap" B series distributors. Will not work on OBD0 EF8/9/DA6 etc distributors
If you are not sure which you have, quickly measure the distance of the top two distributor cap bolts. B16 (small) are approx 103mm - B18C (large) are 107mm.
