Our billet Exhaust Manifold Collector Purge / Fixture Block Kits have been helping big (and small) name fabricators speed up exhaust manifold collector production time and quality for years. These kits allow fabricators to bolt any T2 (T25), T3, T4 or T6 turbine inlet flange to the 6061 billet block for back-purging to ensure full weld penetration. The aluminum purge block also helps act as a heat sink to ensure flange trueness. Fabricators can also use this kit to create exhaust manifold collector jigs.
Kit Includes:
- (1) 6061 aluminum billet purge block w/ labeled holes & ports
- (1) aluminum port block-off sheet
- (1) 1/8" NPT hose barb
- (4) 1/8" NPT pipe plugs
- (4) M8 x 1.25 x 25mm FHCS Bolts
- (4) M8 x 1.25 x 35mm SHCS Bolts
- (4) M10 x 1.25 x 35mm SHCS Bolts
- (2) steel flanges for jig-building
