The Chase Bays Power Steering Kit for Toyota JZX90 and JZX100 is designed to eliminate the common factory power steering leaks, fluid spillover, heavy use aeration/whining, and overheating issues with improved aesthetics, durability, and stealthy design. It is a full 100% upgraded AN Hose and Fitting replacement of the stock reservoir and hoses. From the reservoir to pump to rack (and cooler if upgraded).
ALL Hose and Hose Ends are BMRS aka Brown and Miller Racing. This is the best Hose/Hose Ends in the world, the same components seen on NASCAR and Indy Car. All the Fitting Adapters are designed and manufactured by Chase Bays to Mil Spec standards be chassis specific for perfect leak free installs. Chase Bays only uses the highest quality components available.
Our over-engineered Triple-Baffled Power Steering Reservoir (aeration and spillover proof) is at the core of this kit. As an option we offer an aluminum heatsink cooler that mounts directly behind the grille easy install and max airflow.

Heatsink Fluid Cooler
Our optional inline heatsink cooler is all extruded aluminum in construction and UV-proof hard anodized signature Chase Bays Semi-Gloss Black. It is very compact but very effective. We’ve seen 30º degree F drops in temperature from this cooler when airflow is added. If you're using your car for drifting or road racing you really need the cooler. Not just for the cooling power but the additional fluid volume. The additional cost is for two very long hoses, the Heatsink Cooler, Cooler bracket to mount behind JZX grille, and all needed hardware and adapters.
Hoses and Adapters
The high-pressure rack to pump hose is 6AN stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, and black Hytrel coated. This coating is crucial, it makes the hose resistant to chaffing if it routes against metal or another hose. The 6AN rack to reservoir and 10AN reservoir to pump hoses are abrasion resistant, black nylon sheathed, and SS reinforced. They are all completed with our proprietary high end Mil Spec tolerance AN Adapters.
