FMTUBL20 is a turbo blanket which is a bespoke design to fit the PSA 1.2 Pure tech engine commonly found in the Peugeot 208, Vauxhall/Opal Corsa and Citroen DS3 but this turbo blanket will fit most PSA 1.2 vehicles from 2017 onwards - engine code EB2ADT.

This turbo blanket will help keep the heat from the turbo contained, reducing the engine bay temperatures so that surrounding components will be less effected. This includes anything from coolant and electrical components to the general air temperature that can benefit induction.

This design has been created and proven to withstand temperatures up to 1370°C (2500°F) of radiant heat, which will assist in protecting and prolonging the life of engine components. Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path which helps reduce turbo lag and air intake temperatures resulting in more power.
